In our previous roles as senior executives in high-performance environments ranging from investment management, professional services, and corporate environments, we have witnessed the challenges of facilitating personalized 1:1 experiences for professionals to enhance their skills. This experience led us to establish Colleva with a mission to provide dynamic, engaging, and a safe and secure platform for professionals to hone their skills and for organizations to gain insights at scale. How is Colleva deployed and what is the implementation process like?

Colleva provides cloud-based SaaS software without the need for onsite hosting.  Colleva is able to provide specific configurations to individual clients, and is also able to tailor and/or customize content to meet the needs of enterprise customers.

Colleva is committed to simplifying onboarding and making things easy for its customers.  We are customer-centric and pragmatic in our approach, understanding that organizations differ in their understanding of AI-based platforms as well as their institutional readiness for enterprise-wide adoption.  We have developed a set of best practices for deployment leveraging our backgrounds in management consulting and are committed to working as partners with our customers to maximize value.

How can Colleva help measure effectiveness?

Colleva is able to provide a range of measures for customers on a client-specific basis.

For customers wanting a truly safe space for their professionals to be able to practice key skills, Colleva can provide limited/no metrics or aggregated, enterprise-wide metrics on measures such as overall utilization rates, usage, etc.

For customers wanting additional granularity on performance, Colleva is able to provide more detailed metrics including scoring on both high-level and/or more detailed attributes, including time series analysis to show changes in performance through time at either a cohort-based or individual level.  This can be anonymized or de-anonymized at client request.

Colleva believes full transparency with end users of the platform is of paramount importance, and that complete honesty is a critical part of best practice implementation. Enterprise customers should share with end users their goals for using Colleva, as well as what metrics they are looking at in order to gauge effectiveness of the software.

How does pricing work?

Can Colleva customize scenarios and match competency frameworks?

Yes, scenarios are customizable to align with individual or organizational competency frameworks, ensuring relevance and applicability to specific skill development needs.

In addition, Colleva provides a library of general scenarios that are applicable to a wide range of common high-stakes interactions, so customers don’t need to wait to get started.

Are you open to partnerships or white label opportunities?

Yes. We are broadly interested in pursuing partnership and/or white label opportunities and have designed our software to be flexible in meeting the needs of partners.
